Doug Peardon is one of three managing partners at Axiom Resource Management, Incorporated.
Axiom is a professional consulting firm providing program management, operational support, disability and accessibility services, instructional design and training, and information technology solutions. Axiom's clients include the departments of Agriculture, Defense, Education, Health and Human Services, Labor, State, and Veterans Affairs.
Doug has 22 years of program management experience, with more than 18 years in the Military Health System. He is certified as a Level 3 Program Manager with the Department of Defense. Doug's primary role at Axiom is to provide strategic vision and guidance, operations oversight, and client relationship management.
Doug served as Deputy Director (Acquisition Policy) in the Acquisition Management Office - Washington for the TRICARE Management Activity, and later as Vice President, Health Services Division, for Conwal, Inc. At Conwal, he was responsible for contract management and daily operations for numerous multimillion dollar service contracts in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs. Doug also served as an Operations Officer at a large mid-Atlantic bank, gaining hands-on experience with multi-layered mergers and acquisitions.
Doug has a Juris Doctorate (with honors), a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, all from the University of Maryland.
