We are seeking a Communications and Business Analyst to support the Program Executive Office, Defense Healthcare Management Systems (PEO DHMS) in Arlington, VA. Successful Candidate will prepare high-level governance and program briefings used by the Program Manager and PEO to brief stakeholder and senior acquisition and Defense Health Agency officials on program status. Assist the Program Manager with building support for the program and monitoring reactions and perception that help or impede progress and will assist with identifying key engagements and or opportunities that are beneficial to the program’s mission. Utilize the full range of social media tools to connect program office product advances with health care practitioner users and stakeholders. Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable DoD regulatory requirements; conducting audits and reviewing/analyzing data and documentation. Requirements Include Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of overall experience in a professional work environment. Five years’ experience in a Program Management Office or Program Executive Office (PEO). Experience preparing high-level governance and program briefings used by a Program Manager to brief stakeholder and senior acquisition and Defense Health Agency officials on program status. Experience using social media tools to communicate directly with users and stakeholders. Have the ability to interact professionally at all levels of leadership. Be willing to teach and be present. We are seeking a Security Specialist to support the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Anti-terrorism and Force Protection (AT/FP) program in Falls Church, VA. Successful Candidate will provide technical Anti-terrorism support and employee training support to all DHA personnel. Coordinate with Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) and/or FPS to conduct Anti-terrorism (AT) assessments on DHA locations assigned. Complete United States Northern Command AT assessments as required. Coordinate with all DHA locations to ensure AT assessments are conducted as required. Attend AT meetings and disseminate information from these meetings to DHA personnel as appropriate. Develop and maintain Anti-Terrorism plans, policies, and procedures for designated DHA locations. Provide full reporting and statistics of the AT/FP Program monthly and as needed. Assist Physical Security team with related Mission Assurance responsibilities. Provide the following functions as required for facility operations: DD2875s, CAC Resets, OPSEC Reviews, In-processing, Out-processing, Visitors, Badge access/updates, key management. Conduct Active Shooter drills and Security briefings designed for site specific application. Conduct security assessments and inspections as requested. Requirements Include an active SECRET Clearance. Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years of field experience. Proficient knowledge of DOD Security protocols to include knowledge in personnel, info security, physical security and force protection (5200 Manual and ISC guidelines). MS Office Tools required (Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Successful Candidate will develop, coordinate, and maintain the DHA Insider Threat Policy for the DHA Insider Threat Program (to include standard operations procedures) for assigned facilities. Conduct investigations/analysis in response to reported incidents for validation, credibility and proper follow-up. Assist with the preparation and evaluation of annual Insider Threat assessments. Conduct insider threat training and communication as needed. Assist Physical Security team with related Mission Assurance responsibilities. Coordinate with multiple internal and external groups. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience as substitution. 5-8 years’ experience acting as the primary interface with government program authorities and planning and directing the execution of technical support efforts. Proficient knowledge of DOD Security protocols (including 5200 Manual and DITMAC). MS Office Tools required (Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Knowledge of the mission, functions, and structure of the organization, and able obtain data and information regarding work operations and to prepare a report of findings.
