Seeking a Training Specialist to support a Defense Health training program office. Candidate should possess experience in the development of solutions for training and education initiatives. Candidate will be well versed in instructional design, planning, creating, and/or executing testing/assessments and test/assessment administration. Candidate will demonstrate ability to promote training solutions through creation of shared space/system platforms or development of new courses or subject matter delivered via an instructor-led (i.e. traditional classroom setting or conference/seminar) and/or web-based (i.e. Internet/Intranet, software packages and computer applications) systems. We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our Defense Healthcare Management Systems Modernization (DHMSM) Technology Adoption (TA) Team. Successful candidate will provide support to the DHMSM TA Government Lead. Provide ad hoc support for DHMSM Clinical Informatics Team documenting and tracking action items. Facilitate weekly TA Government Leads Meeting documenting and tracking action items. Manage DHMSM Taskers by disseminating, consolidating, and submitting to DHMSM Business Operations. Develop briefings and spreadsheets. Perform risk and issue management. Requirements Include requires a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in the field or in a related area Healthcare, TRICARE, Military Health System or other Department of Defense experience preferred. Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, writing in Plain Language. Attention to detail. Proactive and engaged. Must be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills, and able to follow directions. Ability to multi-task and respond to multiple requests/tasks in a timely manner. Team player. Familiarity with current web technologies, graphics design, information architecture, applications, social media platforms and web analytics. We are seeking a Project Scheduler to support an Agile program office within the Defense Healthcare Management Systems in Rosslyn, VA. The program office’s goal is to deliver healthcare information technology solutions for the military operational medicine environments around the globe. Successful Candidate will plan and schedule acquisition program work and personnel. Gather, analyze, and report on the progress of projects. Develop, maintain, and iterate an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that complies with relevant policies. Evaluate and recommend changes procedures to improve program effectiveness and efficiency. Requirements Include ability to undergo a background investigation, which requires U.S. Citizenship. Bachelor's degree. 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Proficiency Microsoft Project Server. Experience with Agile methodology. Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques, risk analysis, and risk management. Experience with providing analysis of project schedules from project inception through completion. Ability to update, develop, and integrate individual team schedules into the IMS.

We are seeking a Deployment Training Manager that will be part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for deployment efforts of a new integrated electronic health record. Candidate must demonstrate experience and ability to provide daily oversight and direction to a staff of training personnel. Must have ability to assess training requirements and provide feedback in order to manage information system and/or automated data processing subject matter training classes. Will provide oversite of the design, plans, and implementation of DoD organization training programs, policies, and procedures. Successful candidate will research new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs and will interact with other vendors for employee participation in outside training programs. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Candidate will provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor on deployment training initiatives. Requires a master's degree or equivalent in a related area and at least 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
