Axiom Resource Management is seeking a dynamic Social Media Analyst to support Military Healthcare.

 

We are looking for someone who has a passion for social media planning, development, listening, engagement, and campaign strategy. Along with a love of creative storytelling and attention to detail, the ideal candidate will have a proven history of growing and managing social media audiences. They will be quick to immerse themselves in the organization - and what its mission is - and have a good instinct for whats on (and off) brand. Must have an eye for powerful visuals, understand how data can inform a smart social strategy, and be comfortable juggling multiple projects while hitting deadlines as part of a lean team.

 

This position is based in Falls Church, VA. All employees are currently working remotely.

 

What Youll Be Doing:

Content Creation- Lead development and deployment of social media messaging. Develop infographics, visual graphics, photos, videos and propose topics, themes, and new formats that will engage social media audiences. Manage the editorial calendar while identifying opportunities for driving web traffic and strengthening brand awareness.

Engagement- Day-to-day management and monitoring of social media engagement on all platforms. Ensure that audiences feel heard and utilize social media listening tools to grow social media presence and followers.

Strategy- Work with content team to develop communication plans and social media campaigns and then execute them. Provide recommendations on social media tools, strategies, tactics and reporting metrics. Lead analytics reporting and make recommendations for audience and engagement growth and present social media strategies to client.

Research- Monitor news, topics, trends, threads and discussions of organization and related services. Keep up with the competitive social landscape and emerging tools/trends to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Quality Control- Work with all contributors to ensure that all campaigns and collateral are developed to launch effectively on social media platforms.

Event Coverage- Coordinate and manage coverage of events and speaking engagements for leadership, including covering live events via social media when needed.

 

Required for Consideration:

  • Ability to obtain security clearance that requires background investigation and U.S. citizenship
  • BA/BS degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or related field
  • 1-2 years professional or internship experience managing social media campaigns with a command of each platform and in-depth knowledge of their best practices
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with AP style
  • Ability to curate and synthesize information into engaging and actionable deliverables
  • Experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique campaigns to capture their attention
  • Ability to collaborate within a team environment, as well as work independently
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to jump in and apply innovative solutions
  • Fluent in MS Office, and basic design platforms such as Canva and video editing software
  • Ability to learn new software as required

 

Desired Experience:

  • PR/Marketing agency experience is a plus
  • Experience in script writing for videos and podcasts
  • Experience writing on healthcare or military topics is preferred; however, if you can show us substantial experience writing on another topic and demonstrate how you would get up to speed quickly, we encourage you to apply
  • Knowledge or interest in healthcare and/or military
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign
  • Proficiency in Sprout Social and Asana is a plus

We are seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to support ongoing Integrative Medicine efforts to support the Military Healthcare System in Las Vegas, NV.

Successful Candidate will:

  • Provide clinical research support to include recruitment, randomization, data collection, tracking, interview, and follow-up necessary to conduct research studies.
  • Provide administrative support to the 99MDG Research and Development efforts to include collection, compilation, transcription, and documentation of research data.
  • Coordinate administrative and Institutional Review Board approval of proposed research protocols, protocol amendments, progress reports, and final reports.
  • Ensure appropriate maintenance and renewal of human subject research protection training and other research trainings for each individual listed on research protocol.
  • Advertise assigned studies utilizing approved recruitment materials.
  • Create and maintain a database of research projects. Prepare reports to be presented at scheduled Clinical Investigation Program department meetings.
  • Meet with and brief research subjects to obtain written informed consent to participate in projects.
  • Coordinate with study auditors, regulatory agencies, collaborators, and sponsors in management of research studies.
