We are seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support the Assistant Director Healthcare Administration (ADHCA), Defense Health Agency (HIT DHA) in Falls Church, VA. The successful candidate will plan and coordinate project support within the leadership team. They will develop process documentation. Candidate will track personnel and training within an established system. They will assist in meeting preparation and facilitation. Candidate will assist in the development of presentations. The requirements for the position include a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting environment. Familiarity with MS Office products including Outlook is a must. Knowledge of military culture is desired. Candidate must have the ability to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship.

Axiom Resource Management is seeking a Congressional Liaison to support the DoD Healthcare Management Systems (DHMS) Program Executive Office. The successful candidate will advise senior DHMS leaders on legislative strategies and tactics to promote DHMS and its mission to Congress. The individual will track legislation and other Congressional activities affecting the program. They will prepare senior DHMS leaders for Congressional hearings and meetings by drafting testimony, analyzing the positions, issues and concerns of Members of Congress and develop proposed responses to questions, requests for information and questions for the record. They will also draft and coordinate the timely submission of recurring reports to Congress. Finally, they will monitor, track and help respond to formal inquires submitted by the Government Accountability Office and the Department of Defense Inspector General. The requirements of the position include at least 4 years of experience working on Capitol Hill. The candidate needs to have outstanding oral and written communications skills. They also need experience using Microsoft office and collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint). Experience with appropriations or health information technology issues is desired. Finally, the candidate must be able to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship.

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support federal healthcare systems in Falls Church, VA. The successful candidate will facilitate sessions with business stakeholders to elicit and document business processes, business requirements, business rules, data and systems to modernize projects. The individual will help analyze process improvement and business process reengineering efforts and make recommendations accordingly. The individual will develop technical solutions to business problems. The requirements include a Bachelor's degree and/or additional related experience in lieu of degree and 3+ years of experience supporting a federal health system/organization. Experience assessing the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its organizational components needed. Ideal candidate will have experience navigating through highly complex problems and tasks. Experience with healthcare consulting, electronic health records, health care project management, healthcare operations analysis, and/or clinical process improvement, a plus. Ability to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship required.
