We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Mid-level .NET Programmer with solid object oriented development skills who is dynamic, intelligent, and independently motivated! In this position, the .NET Programmer will work with the requirements analysts, information architects, the creative team and the client to develop scalable, robust and flexible solutions. Position requirements include must be a U.S. Citizen. Bachelor’s Degree. At least 5 years of software development experience. At least 2 years of experience developing .NET solutions, including expertise with C#, and Visual Studio. Experience with Web Forms, MVC, .NET Core a plus. At least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, through version 2016, including experience writing complex SQL. Experience writing stored procedures, functions, triggers a plus. Experience with Javascript, jQuery, and Ajax. Experience with source control solutions (Subversion, Git, Mercurial, TFS). Experience participating in all phases of the SDLC, from requirements validation, through development, testing, and deployment.

We are seeking an Engineer for the management software and system development activities for the Solutions Delivery Division (SDD) Program Support Branch (PSB) Electronic Health Records Core Program Management Office (HER Core PMO). Successful Candidate will lead system engineering, software development, and implementation. Utilize JSON, WebSphere Enterprise Server Bus, XML Oracle, SQL, CACHE, Oracle, C++, C#, Java, OpenVMS, Linux, Citrix, and Windows-based server systems. Conduct consulting regarding large-scale software implementations and integrations with multiple middle layers. Requirements include 8 – 13 years supporting/implementing IT projects and have robust software or system implementation experience. Active SECRET security clearance. Experience leading software engineering or software development or system engineering projects while possessing working knowledge of network topology and web services principles and procedures. Knowledge of DoD acquisition and system engineering procedures. Must have strong interpersonal skills with great client relationship building techniques. Familiarity with Cyber Security principles. Familiarity with Defense Health Agency (DHA) systems such as AHLTA, CHCS, CoPath, or the new MHS EHR solution is desirable.

Track future product functionality based on stakeholder feedback and requirements. Track product defects and corrective actions found during a product test event and in production. Schedule and facilitate product team meetings; provide meeting minutes when required. Document and track product team actions with the use of an action log. Assist with the development and tracking of product risks and issues. Requirements Include a Bachelor's degree and at least five (5) years of experience in the field or in a related area. Healthcare, TRICARE, Military Health System or other Department of Defense experience preferred. Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, writing in Plain Language. Proactive and engaged. Must be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills, and able to follow directions. Ability to multi-task and respond to multiple requests/tasks in a timely manner. Team player. Must have strong demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and other Desktop Publishing skills and ability to work on short-term assignments with tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks and projects.
