We are seeking a mid-level EHR-Core Site Operations Project Manager to support the Solutions Delivery Division in Falls Church, VA. Successful individual will monitor and report on performance and availability at various sites. Will support troubleshooting efforts for site-related issues and research root cause for issues and recommend prioritized fixes. Individual will develop and review technical documentation and incident reports and provide written progress and status reports. Will liaise with vendor’s technical representatives and with tri-service representatives. Individual will prepare documentation using standardized templates ensuring all required information is accurate and promote documentation through approvals from the Product Team to include engineering, information assurance representatives, and Product Team Lead. Will support DoD acquisition activities and oversee and guide application development and site operations vendor activities. Will attend weekly working group meetings with the Stakeholders to provide status updates and support project risk management supporting the PMO lessons learned program. Requirements Include: 5+ years IT program management support experience and a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems. Technical knowledge of AHLTA and CHCS is desired. Must be extremely detail oriented and organized and proactive with superb follow through. Ability to undergo a background investigation which requires US Citizenship is required.

We are seeking an Earned Value Analyst to support the Defense Health Management System Modernization program in Rosslyn, VA. The successful candidate will provide Earned Value (EV) analysis results to assist DoD senior management in decision making and other initiatives. Individual will brief the Program Management Office (PMO) on the monthly Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR). Candidate will perform variance analysis between actual cost and planned value. Candidate will monitor, analyze and report on various other costs. Individual will perform scheduled variance analysis and report on causes and potential risks. Candidate will collaborate with cost and schedule analysts to provide global perspective to the PMO. Candidate will provide EV perspective in Integrated Baseline Reviews. The requirements for the position include a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in the field or related area. We are seeking a Project Scheduler to support an Agile program office within the Defense Healthcare Management Systems in Rosslyn, VA. The program office’s goal is to deliver healthcare information technology solutions for the military operational medicine environments around the globe. Successful Candidate will plan and schedule acquisition program work and personnel. Individual will gather, analyze, and report on the progress of projects. Will develop, maintain, and iterate an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that complies with relevant policies. Individual will evaluate and recommend changes procedures to improve program effectiveness and efficiency. Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area needed. Proficiency Microsoft Project Server and Agile methodology preferred. Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques, risk analysis, and risk management needed. Experience with providing analysis of project schedules from project inception through completion required. Ability to update, develop, and integrate individual team schedules into the IMS needed. Ability to obtain a clearance that requires U.S Citizenship is needed.
