We are seeking a Manpower Specialist to support Manpower Planning efforts for the Defense Agency (DHA) Manpower and Organization Division.Successful candidate will provide functional expertise in professional manpower, organizational design, and management engineering support. Assisting with planning, organizing, and conducting manpower analysis and requirements determination for the DHA. Translate DHA requirements to resource specific requirements. Provide prioritization recommendations for manpower planning initiatives. Develop planning and programming documents that support manpower planning goals. Serve as functional resource for workforce planning and workforce management recommendations. Gather organizational data to support recommendations for appropriate workforce mix, restructuring and/or reorganization based on studies and analysis. Support development of Manpower documentation. Requirements Include must be familiar with DoD Manpower Management, manpower programming, and manpower analysis principles. Demonstrated experience in a federal environment and a solid understanding of resource management processes. Demonstrated expertise with developing meaningful presentations to leadership. Ability to utilize standard Manpower reporting tools. Background in Federal Human Resources is required. Bachelor’s Degree. 5+ years of experience. Ability to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship.

We are seeking an Administrative Task Coordinator to support the Program Executive Office Defense Healthcare Management Systems (PEO DHMS) in Rosslyn, VA. Successful candidate will manage and track multiple internal and external taskers assigned to or action required by the PEO DHMS using two separate collaboration SharePoint sites (Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) and Virtual Collaboration Site (VCS)) in a timely manner. Advise senior PEO DHMS leaders on all administrative and correspondence tasker status including congressional responses. Receive work requests and be able to comprehend requirements to properly assign to appropriate organizational teams for action. Edit materials for format using the DoD Manual for all PEO-level endorsements. Manage the in-/out-processing program for the PEO DHMS organization. Conduct annual and ad hoc Action Officer training to teams of 20+. Facilitate PEO Organizational Overview briefings and lead various meetings as required. Produce relevant daily and ad hoc reports as requested by the client(s). Other duties as assigned. Requirements include familiarity with the DoD Manual for Written Material: Correspondence Management. Team-work mentality with knowledge sharing capabilities and able to successfully work under pressure. Extensive administrative knowledge with focus on attention-to-detail. Demonstrated experience in working actions (projects). A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a professional administrative environment. Travel to the Pentagon for quarterly Action Officer training. Ability to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship.

Qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and must have at least 3 years of experience developing graphics and publications, and must have mastery of Adobe Photoshop CS6, Adobe Illustrator CS6, Adobe InDesign CS6, and Adobe Acrobat 9 and 10. Candidate must have strong experience creating 508 compliant products and press PDFs, file color management, and pre-flight quality control. Candidate should also be knowledgeable of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint (including animations), and Publisher. Candidate must be able to work in a collaborative, team environment as well as independently. Ability to code in HTML and CSS is preferred. Must be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills, and able to follow directions.
