Successful Candidate will facilitate sessions with business stakeholders to elicit and document business processes, business requirements, business rules, data and systems to modernize projects. Spearhead process improvement and business process reengineering efforts. Review, analyze, and evaluate electronic healthcare management systems and needs of functional community to support delivery of high quality solutions. Requirements Include a Bachelor's degree and/or additional related experience in lieu of degree. 2 or more years of experience supporting a Federal Health System/Organization in the following areas: Assessing the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its organizational components. Successful candidate will manage the DHA Speakers’ Bureau inbox, processing all incoming requests for DHA representatives to speak/present/attend events. Coordinate internal and external logistics for all DHA speaking engagements. Maintain outreach calendar, Speaker’s Bureau policy, standard operating procedures, and roster. Prepare and maintain after-action reports and scorecard, and track metrics for all DHA external engagements. Plan, schedule, and executes external engagement preparation meetings and trainings with MHS/DHA speakers. Execute administrative and logistical aspects of conferences/events that include a MHS/DHA information table, booth or other similar participation. Successful candidate will manage and track multiple internal and external taskers assigned to or action required by the PEO DHMS using two separate collaboration SharePoint sites (Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) and Virtual Collaboration Site (VCS)) in a timely manner. Advise senior PEO DHMS leaders on all administrative and correspondence tasker status including congressional responses. Receive work requests and be able to comprehend requirements to properly assign to appropriate organizational teams for action. Edit materials for format using the DoD Manual for all PEO-level endorsements. Manage the in-/out-processing program for the PEO DHMS organization. Conduct annual and ad hoc Action Officer training to teams of 20+. Facilitate PEO Organizational Overview briefings and lead various meetings as required. Produce relevant daily and ad hoc reports as requested by the client(s). Other duties as assigned. Requirements include familiarity with the DoD Manual for Written Material: Correspondence Management. Team-work mentality with knowledge sharing capabilities and able to successfully work under pressure. Extensive administrative knowledge with focus on attention-to-detail. Demonstrated experience in working actions (projects). A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a professional administrative environment. Travel to the Pentagon for quarterly Action Officer training. We are seeking a Deployment Training Manager that will be part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for deployment efforts of a new integrated electronic health record. Candidate must demonstrate experience and ability to provide daily oversight and direction to a staff of training personnel. Must have ability to assess training requirements and provide feedback in order to manage information system and/or automated data processing subject matter training classes. Will provide oversite of the design, plans, and implementation of DoD organization training programs, policies, and procedures. Successful candidate will research new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs and will interact with other vendors for employee participation in outside training programs. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Candidate will provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor on deployment training initiatives. Requires a master's degree or equivalent in a related area and at least 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
