We are seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to support ongoing Integrative Medicine efforts to support the Military Healthcare System in Las Vegas, NV. Successful Candidate will provide clinical research support to include recruitment, randomization, data collection, tracking, interview, and follow-up necessary to conduct research studies. Provide administrative support to the 99MDG Research and Development efforts to include collection, compilation, transcription, and documentation of research data. Coordinate administrative and Institutional Review Board approval of proposed research protocols, protocol amendments, progress reports, and final reports. Ensure appropriate maintenance and renewal of human subject research protection training and other research trainings for each individual listed on research protocol. Advertise assigned studies utilizing approved recruitment materials. Create and maintain a database of research projects. Prepare reports to be presented at scheduled Clinical Investigation Program department meetings. Meet with and brief research subjects to obtain written informed consent to participate in projects. Coordinate with study auditors, regulatory agencies, collaborators, and sponsors in management of research studies. Requirements Include Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. 2 – 3 years of experience supporting human subject research projects. Superb organization skills with a high level of attention to detail. Refined interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship.

The program office’s goal is to deliver healthcare information technology solutions for the military operational medicine environments around the globe. Successful Candidate will plan and schedule acquisition program work and personnel. Gather, analyze, and report on the progress of projects. Develop, maintain, and iterate an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that complies with relevant policies. Evaluate and recommend changes procedures to improve program effectiveness and efficiency. Requirements Include ability to undergo a background investigation, which requires U.S. Citizenship. Bachelor's degree. 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Proficiency Microsoft Project Server. Experience with Agile methodology. Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques, risk analysis, and risk management. Experience with providing analysis of project schedules from project inception through completion. Ability to update, develop, and integrate individual team schedules into the IMS.

We are seeking a Human Resources / Manpower Specialist to support Manpower Planning efforts for the Defense Agency (DHA) Manpower and Organization Division. Successful candidate will provide functional expertise in professional manpower, organizational design, and management engineering support. Assisting with planning, organizing, and conducting manpower analysis and requirements determination for the DHA. Translate DHA requirements to resource specific requirements. Provide prioritization recommendations for manpower planning initiatives. Develop planning and programming documents that support manpower planning goals. Serve as functional resource for workforce planning and workforce management recommendations. Gather organizational data to support recommendations for appropriate workforce mix, restructuring and/or reorganization based on studies and analysis. Support development of Manpower documentation.
