We are seeking a Mid-Level Contracts Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency’s Solutions Delivery Division (DHA SDD) in Falls Church, VA. Successful Candidate will provide acquisition subject matter expertise for two Program Management Offices (PMO). Keep track of current and new requirements, draft purchase request packages and follow through an approved financial system. Assist the Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) and their teams in the facilitation of the acquisition process for new contract requirements and modifications. Draft Performance Work Statements (PWSs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), Acquisition Strategy (AS), Market Research (MR), Justifications and Approvals (J&As) and other supporting documents. Provide financial execution support by keeping track of planned, committed and executed funds for the various assigned projects, request funds, and resolving any financial system issues to ensure continuity of operations. Requirements Include a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant equivalent experience. Excellent writer and superb financial acumen. Ability to be a team player and learn and work in a very dynamic environment. Ability to complete mandatory training to obtain access to various contract and financial systems and databases as well as Continued Learning training.

Successful Candidate will compile and analyze financial information. Develop integrated obligation/expenditure analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure financial information has been recorded accurately. Identify trends and developments and present findings to senior management. We are seeking a Privacy Analyst to support South Carolina Enterprise Privacy Office. Successful Candidate will establish, assess, and enhance privacy protection policy, training, and compliance measures for state agencies; assist in building agency wide privacy strategies; develop and implement privacy plans and advise stakeholders accordingly. Candidate will work with the team to monitor, analyze and respond to privacy and compliance related issues, Candidate will provide written and verbal guidance that impacts privacy compliance issues that will affect agency privacy governance structures, and participate in meetings with staff, clients and agency leads to inquire about potential mission impacts, risks, and/or challenges. Requirements Include a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Must demonstrate superb organizational skills and the ability to effectively articulate concepts in written and verbal form. Candidate must be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to operate successfully in a dynamic work environment. Familiarity with privacy requirements and state privacy laws and privacy standards needed.

In this position, the .NET Programmer will work with the requirements analysts, information architects, the creative team and the client to develop scalable, robust and flexible solutions. Position requirements include must be a U.S. Citizen. Bachelor’s Degree. At least 5 years of software development experience. At least 2 years of experience developing .NET solutions, including expertise with C#, and Visual Studio. Experience with Web Forms, MVC, .NET Core a plus. At least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, through version 2016, including experience writing complex SQL. Experience writing stored procedures, functions, triggers a plus. Experience with Javascript, jQuery, and Ajax. Experience with source control solutions (Subversion, Git, Mercurial, TFS). Experience participating in all phases of the SDLC, from requirements validation, through development, testing, and deployment.
