We are seeking a Junior Privacy Compliance Analyst to support a DoD Healthcare Organization. The successful Candidate will track, analyze, and draft responses to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy Rule investigations and inquiries. They will monitor, analyze and respond to data breaches reported to the office. Candidate will research, review and evaluate HIPAA Privacy and compliance issues related to DoD Issuances. They will ensure information and guidance on the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules are provided correctly and adhere to dedicated timelines. They will create presentations and facilitating or participating in meeting or workgroups on HIPAA Privacy policies and procedures. Candidate will develop and revise information papers, memorandums, and other guidance documents to comply with applicable DoD and HIPAA policies. The requirements for the position include the ability to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship. They must have a bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Strong organization skills and the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts in written and verbal form are crucial qualities for success in this position. They must have a thorough working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. They must have demonstrated initiative, proactive approach, and an ability to complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision. The candidate should also be very detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to operate successfully in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a Junior Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) Analyst to support a DoD Healthcare Organization. The successful candidate will serve on a team of Privacy analysts responsible for assisting contractors and government personnel in the completion of Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) Applications and related Data Sharing documents. They will determine whether an application is in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules as they are implemented by DoD regulations. They will read, interpret and apply the DoD regulations to his or her analysis of the application. They will assist requestors through the DSA application process. The candidate will track the status of DSA requests and develop statistics regarding the processing of DSAs. They will actively participate in Data Sharing work groups. They will develop and present Data Sharing information to individuals and groups. The requirements for the position include the ability to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship. A Bachelor’s Degree is required. Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines. They must have strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential. Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills are a must as well.

We are seeking an Operations Project Manager to support the Solutions Delivery Division of the Defense Health Agency (SDD DHA) in Falls Church, VA. The successful candidate will oversee the operations and maintenance for over 7 DHA/SDD web applications, most notably an artifact and image repository for military personnel and their beneficiaries. They will manage troubleshooting and facilitate the resolution of production issues for each application. They will coordinate with external infrastructure vendors, software vendors, and interface partners such as the VA in order to investigate production issues and stay on track with scheduled/unscheduled sustainment activities. They will oversee incident management for the Care & Benefits Integrated Systems (CBIS) PMO and triage tickets to responsible parties in accordance with established workflows. Candidate will ensure that all trouble tickets are resolved within the appropriate timeframes as established by SDD standards. They will lead infrastructure consolidation efforts for the purpose of license rationalization and cost management. They will identify opportunities for performance optimization in production for the CBIS applications. They will lead the identification, assessment, mitigation, and tracking of program/project risks to sustainment. They will deliver and maintain schedule pertaining to Operations & Sustainment activities, such as infrastructure consolidation efforts or system upgrades. They will conduct vendor deliverables review and metrics reporting. They will present status updates, issue resolution courses of action (COAs), and high-level sustainment updates to government leadership. The requirements for this position include the ability to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship. In addition, experience with one or more of the following disciplines: project management, business analysis, medical informatics, testing, requirements development/management, and technical implementation. Candidate will possess a bachelor’s Degree and 5-10 years related experience. The candidate will have proficiency with MS Office including Project and Visio. They will have proficiency with Project Management Accountability Tool (PMAT). They will be familiar with the software development life cycle process. They will be familiar with the Defense Acquisition Process. Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Military Health System (MHS) experience preferred.

They will be able to synthesize information from a range of sources into cogent, delineated steps in a schedule to keep team projects on track. Candidate will assist with the maintenance of team policies and procedures. They will thrive in a dynamic environment with minimal direction. The requirements for the position include a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in area of specialty and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. The ideal candidate must have strong initiative, exceptional project management skills, and adaptability to meet client needs as they arise. They must have event management experience and strong critical thinking and organizational skills. They possess strong skills in all Microsoft Office Suite programs to include MS Project and SharePoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat. They have attention to detail and respond to tasks in a timely manner. Having experience with the military and/or IT is preferred. Ability to undergo a background investigation that requires U.S. citizenship is a must.
