We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support the Defense Health Management Systems (PEO DHMS) in Rosslyn, VA. Successful Candidate will develop and administer HR programs in such areas as compensation, employee relations, development, and EEO programs. Provide guidance in addressing a variety of HR related issues and interprets applicable precedence, legislation and regulations pertaining to the HR function. Present current HR topics to employees, management or third parties. Provide consulting support within an Acquisition Category (ACAT) I Major Automated Information System (MAIS) program for a DoD Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Function as the primary point of contact for the federal recruitment Human Resources (HR) process. Serve as an advisor and consultant on position classifications for the medicine information systems program, including position management considerations to leadership. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of the project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of the project.

We are seeking a Mid-Level Technical Privacy Analyst to support South Carolina Enterprise Privacy Office. Successful Candidate will participate in meetings with staff, clients and agency leads to inquire about potential mission impacts, risks, and/or challenges. Candidate will track, analyze, and research issues pertaining to Privacy related issues at multiple state level agencies, and provide technical expertise and input and troubleshoot various technical issues as they arise. Will independently analyze technical requirements and demonstrate a solid understanding of technical issues that could potentially impact Privacy related issues. Candidate will serve as lead administrator for Privacy Impact Assessment tool and provide technical oversight and support for the tool. Will create presentations and facilitating or participating in meeting or workgroups on Privacy policies and procedures. Requirements Include: BA, preferably in a technical field as well as 3-5 years of experience of technical/IT experience. Candidate must be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to operate successfully in a dynamic work environment. Familiarity with privacy requirements and state privacy laws and privacy standards preferred.

Successful candidate will create and prepare briefing slides, reports, and information to be used for presentations. Review and edit correspondence and other written products intended for senior leadership or public release. Review and interpret directives and administrative instructions, and formulate internal DHA policies. Review/edit the DHHQ Gazette, flyers, and administrative announcements before release. Draft standard operating procedures, administrative instructions, recommendations, information papers, and other documents. Develop the ISD Chief bi-weekly staff meeting agenda. Develop and maintain the ISD weekly activity report for J-1. Requirements include proven experience in drafting operating procedures, administrative instructions, and internal organizational guidance. Strong written skills with ability to translate processes into writing. Superb organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are a must. Ability to think strategically and provide recommendations for improvement. Proficiency with MS Word and Powerpoint. Ability to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship.

We are seeking a Security Specialist to support the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Anti-terrorism and Force Protection (AT/FP) program in Falls Church, VA. Successful Candidate will provide technical Anti-terrorism support and employee training support to all DHA personnel. Coordinate with Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) and/or FPS to conduct Anti-terrorism (AT) assessments on DHA locations assigned. Complete United States Northern Command AT assessments as required. Coordinate with all DHA locations to ensure AT assessments are conducted as required. Attend AT meetings and disseminate information from these meetings to DHA personnel as appropriate. Develop and maintain Anti-Terrorism plans, policies, and procedures for designated DHA locations. Provide full reporting and statistics of the AT/FP Program monthly and as needed. Assist Physical Security team with related Mission Assurance responsibilities. Provide the following functions as required for facility operations: DD2875s, CAC Resets, OPSEC Reviews, In-processing, Out-processing, Visitors, Badge access/updates, key management. Conduct Active Shooter drills and Security briefings designed for site specific application. Conduct security assessments and inspections as requested. Requirements Include an active SECRET Clearance. Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years of field experience. Proficient knowledge of DOD Security protocols to include knowledge in personnel, info security, physical security and force protection (5200 Manual and ISC guidelines). MS Office Tools required (Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). A working knowledge of the United States Military and the Department of Defense to include but not limited to ranks and titles of uniformed service members.

Requirements Include an Active Secret Clearance. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience as substitution. 5-8 years’ experience acting as the primary interface with government program authorities and planning and directing the execution of technical support efforts. Proficient knowledge of DOD Security protocols (including 5200 Manual and DITMAC). MS Office Tools required (Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Knowledge of the mission, functions, and structure of the organization, and able obtain data and information regarding work operations and to prepare a report of findings. Conduct consulting regarding large-scale software implementations and integrations with multiple middle layers. Requirements include 8 – 13 years supporting/implementing IT projects and have robust software or system implementation experience. Active SECRET security clearance. Experience leading software engineering or software development or system engineering projects while possessing working knowledge of network topology and web services principles and procedures. Knowledge of DoD acquisition and system engineering procedures. Must have strong interpersonal skills with great client relationship building techniques. Familiarity with Cyber Security principles. Familiarity with Defense Health Agency (DHA) systems such as AHLTA, CHCS, CoPath, or the new MHS EHR solution is desirable.
