We are seeking a Correspondence Expert / CATMS to support the Solutions Delivery Division of the Defense Health Agency in Falls Church, VA. Successful candidate will manage and track multiple internal and external taskers assigned to or action required by the Solutions Delivery Division using two separate collaboration SharePoint sites (Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) and Virtual Collaboration Site (VCS)) in a timely manner. Advise senior leaders on all administrative and correspondence tasker status. Receive work requests and be able to comprehend requirements to properly assign to appropriate organizational teams for action. Edit materials for format using the DoD Manual for all endorsements. Manage the in-/out-processing program for the organization. Conduct annual and ad hoc Action Officer training. Produce relevant daily and ad hoc reports as requested by the client(s). Requirements include familiarity with the DoD Manual for Written Material: Correspondence Management. Team-work mentality with knowledge sharing capabilities and able to successfully work under pressure. Extensive administrative knowledge with focus on attention-to-detail. Demonstrated experience in working actions (projects). A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a professional administrative environment. Ability to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship.

Successful Candidate will provide acquisition subject matter expertise for two Program Management Offices (PMO). Keep track of current and new requirements, draft purchase request packages and follow through an approved financial system. Assist the Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) and their teams in the facilitation of the acquisition process for new contract requirements and modifications. Draft Performance Work Statements (PWSs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), Acquisition Strategy (AS), Market Research (MR), Justifications and Approvals (J&As) and other supporting documents. Provide financial execution support by keeping track of planned, committed and executed funds for the various assigned projects, request funds, and resolving any financial system issues to ensure continuity of operations.
