Axiom Resource Management is seeking an Information Systems Analyst to support the TRICARE Health Plan of the Defense Health Agency (THP DHA) in Aurora, CO. Successful Candidate will compare existing data, systems structure, and costs with Change Order data. Review technical changes to proposals in terms of cost, impact, and suitability and provide reports to Contract Management. Provide support for the DHA Duplicate Claims System (DCS) and answer questions from users. Support contractual and legislative requirements regarding health care claims. Develop requirements for IT system changes and/or enhancements. Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve application issues for end users. Coordinate with various entities within the agency. Create new and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Requirements Include must be able to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship. Knowledge of various estimating techniques. Experience with Systems Analysis and IT team leadership. Broad Knowledge of computer, networking and software costs. Ability to create ROI outcomes and communicate with multi-level government officials and contractor personnel. PMP and programming, contract negotiation, and management experience are highly desirable. Bachelors in IT systems or business desired as well.

We are seeking a Correspondence Expert / CATMS to support the Solutions Delivery Division of the Defense Health Agency in Falls Church, VA. Successful candidate will manage and track multiple internal and external taskers assigned to or action required by the Solutions Delivery Division using two separate collaboration SharePoint sites (Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) and Virtual Collaboration Site (VCS)) in a timely manner. Advise senior leaders on all administrative and correspondence tasker status. Receive work requests and be able to comprehend requirements to properly assign to appropriate organizational teams for action. Edit materials for format using the DoD Manual for all endorsements. Manage the in-/out-processing program for the organization. Conduct annual and ad hoc Action Officer training. Produce relevant daily and ad hoc reports as requested by the client(s). Requirements include familiarity with the DoD Manual for Written Material: Correspondence Management. Team-work mentality with knowledge sharing capabilities and able to successfully work under pressure. Extensive administrative knowledge with focus on attention-to-detail. Demonstrated experience in working actions (projects). A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a professional administrative environment. Ability to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship.

We are seeking a Junior Contracts Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency's Solutions Delivery Division (DHA SDD) in Falls Church, VA. Successful Candidate will provide acquisition subject matter expertise for two Program Management Offices (PMO). Keep track of current and new requirements, draft purchase request packages and follow through an approved financial system. Assist the Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) and their teams in the facilitation of the acquisition process for new contract requirements and modifications. Draft Performance Work Statements (PWSs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), Acquisition Strategy (AS), Market Research (MR), Justifications and Approvals (J&As) and other supporting documents. Provide financial execution support by keeping track of planned, committed and executed funds for the various assigned projects, request funds, and resolving any financial system issues to ensure continuity of operations. Requirements Include a Bachelor's Degree or relevant equivalent experience. Excellent writer and superb financial acumen. Ability to be a team player and learn and work in a very dynamic environment. Ability to complete mandatory training to obtain access to various contract and financial systems and databases as well as Continued Learning training.
