We are seeking a Junior Payroll Administrator to support our corporate office in Falls Church, VA. Successful Candidate will review, analyze, and verify payroll reports and documents for accuracy. Make necessary adjustments or corrections through journal entries or other established procedures. Research, analyze, and respond to complex matters requiring comprehensive knowledge of payroll policies and procedures. Advise, interpret, and provide direction to management and staff on rules, procedures, and federal, state, and local laws and regulations involving payroll. Authorize, review, and enter payroll transactions and related data. Review, prepare, and/or file a variety of local, state, and federal forms, including: tax forms and monthly, quarterly, and year-end filings. Administer the Time and Attendance electronic system. Coordinate payroll activities with other departments such as human resources and IT. Requirements Include a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly motivated and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail.

We are currently seeking an RN Clinical Analyst to support the Expeditionary Medical Encounter Database (EMED) and Department of Medical Modeling and Simulation located at the Naval Health Research Center, in San Diego, CA. Successful candidate will conduct clinical data management with a strong emphasis on chart review of patient information in medical records from military treatment facilities. Interpret data and abstraction of diagnoses, traumatic injuries, and clinical complications, coding of injuries and complications using the American Association of Automotive Medicine Abbreviated Injury Scale (AIS) and ICD-9 and 10 codes. Assist epidemiology staff in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting patient data for studies and publications. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college/university. Current R.N. license in the state of California. Minimum 5 years of experience in acute care setting. Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word and Excel for data entry and spreadsheet work. Attention to detail a necessity. Seeking an Executive Assistant to support a program in Falls Church, VA. Successful Candidate will oversee the Director’s calendar, assist a team of analysts, and act as a point of reference for the division. Will assist in preparing memorandums for members of the staff, which includes editing for spelling, grammar, and formatting. Candidate will coordinate office mail distribution for all offices within the program and provide full-time, on-site general administrative office management support to the Director and staff and provide back-up support as needed to other programs. Will assist with preparing binders/packages for Congressional letters and prepare/assist with government timesheets for the program. Candidate will participate in records management functions, filing within the National Archives and Record Administration (NARA) standards. Candidate will process and route documents utilizing the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS). Requirements Include ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be detail and deadline-oriented and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
