We are seeking a Technical Database Administrator to support the Defense Health Agency’s Learning & Development Division (DHA LDD) in Falls Church, VA. Successful Candidate will develop and maintain all program databases, datastores, SharePoint Sites, Surveys, and other technical infrastructure items. Liaise with enterprise IT staff for those tasks performed centrally. Utilize the following: Customer Satisfaction Center Database, Training Tracking Database, Training Registration Database, Workload Tracking Database, Adobe Connect Application, Survey Applications (e.g. survey monkey, polleverywhere), Learning Management System, Audio/Visual and Communications software and hardware. Requirements Include a Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience. Experience with tools such as Adobe Connect, Microsoft Access, Excel, and Sharepoint. Requirements Include 10 or more year’s experience as a military human resources specialist (Army: 42A, Air Force: 3S or Navy: Personnelman (PN) or government series GS-0201). Training and Education commensurate to grade or GS level; Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook). We are seeking a Security Specialist to support the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Anti-terrorism and Force Protection (AT/FP) program in Falls Church, VA. Successful Candidate will provide technical Anti-terrorism support and employee training support to all DHA personnel. Coordinate with Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) and/or FPS to conduct Anti-terrorism (AT) assessments on DHA locations assigned. Complete United States Northern Command AT assessments as required. Coordinate with all DHA locations to ensure AT assessments are conducted as required. Attend AT meetings and disseminate information from these meetings to DHA personnel as appropriate. Develop and maintain Anti-Terrorism plans, policies, and procedures for designated DHA locations. Provide full reporting and statistics of the AT/FP Program monthly and as needed. Assist Physical Security team with related Mission Assurance responsibilities. Provide the following functions as required for facility operations: DD2875s, CAC Resets, OPSEC Reviews, In-processing, Out-processing, Visitors, Badge access/updates, key management. Conduct Active Shooter drills and Security briefings designed for site specific application. Conduct security assessments and inspections as requested. Requirements Include an active SECRET Clearance. Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years of field experience. Proficient knowledge of DOD Security protocols to include knowledge in personnel, info security, physical security and force protection (5200 Manual and ISC guidelines). MS Office Tools required (Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). We are seeking an Insider Threat Project Manager to support the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Insider Threat program. Successful Candidate will develop, coordinate, and maintain the DHA Insider Threat Policy for the DHA Insider Threat Program (to include standard operations procedures) for assigned facilities. Conduct investigations/analysis in response to reported incidents for validation, credibility and proper follow-up. Assist with the preparation and evaluation of annual Insider Threat assessments. Provide full reporting and statistics of the Insider Threat Program quarterly or as needed. Provide analysis and proposed courses of action for each Insider Threat indicator. Conduct insider threat training and communication as needed. Assist Physical Security team with related Mission Assurance responsibilities. Coordinate with multiple internal and external groups. Requirements Include an Active Secret Clearance. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience as substitution. 5-8 years’ experience acting as the primary interface with government program authorities and planning and directing the execution of technical support efforts. Proficient knowledge of DOD Security protocols (including 5200 Manual and DITMAC). MS Office Tools required (Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Knowledge of the mission, functions, and structure of the organization, and able obtain data and information regarding work operations and to prepare a report of findings. A working knowledge of the United States Military and the Department of Defense to include but not limited to ranks and titles of uniformed service members.
