Axiom Communications Support for TRICARE, the Health Plan of the Department of Defense

Axiom has supported the TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) Beneficiary Education & Support Division (formerly the Communications & Customer Service Division) since 1998. Our professionals have provided extensive support in the areas of administrative services, direct customer support for TRICARE beneficiaries worldwide, communications, marketing, public affairs, staff development and training, strategic planning, creative services, and budget support. Axiom professionals have developed collateral and web-based products to keep more than 9.6 million uniformed services beneficiaries up to date on their TRICARE benefits. We supported the development of the TRICARE Brand Style Guide, TRICARE At-a-Glance brochure, TRICARE University course materials, videos in support of the US military-medical mission, and the award-winning annual TRICARE Stakeholders' Report. AXIOM's Keymind Division was instrumental in developing a new information architecture and content-management strategy for the beneficiary website. We have provided key support for TMA outreach to the Military Coalition and National Military/Veterans Alliance—a nationwide consortium of groups dedicated to serving military personnel, veterans, and their families.
