While we are proud of this distinction, we know we must continue to improve the quality of work life by delivering greater opportunities, challenges, and flexibility. Corporate citizenship and civic commitment
- The Annual Axiom Charity Golf Tournament raises funds for the Fisher House Foundation, helping the families of military personnel who have been wounded in combat. Axiom has donated more than $239,500 to the Fisher House Foundation.
- Axiom has created a Business/Academic Partnership with the Minority Students of Robinson (MSR) Secondary School. Axiom provides a $1,000 college scholarship to a deserving MSR student each year.
- We have "adopted" Mt. Vernon Community School in Alexandria, Virginia, and we provide career-day speakers and school supplies to help them meet their educational mission. In December 2012, we held our 8th annual holiday gift drive, providing gifts and clothing to families in need. To date, we have provided gifts to 208 children.
Our people count
Axiom leadership works hard to keep and develop its employees, while meeting the changing needs of client contracts. We're proud of the large number of new employees who come to us via referrals from current staff members. That's a sign of trust.
