October 21, 2005
Falls Church, Virginia. Axiom Resource Management, Inc., has been selected as one of the greatest places to work in the Washington metropolitan area by Washingtonian magazine. The "Great Places to Work" issue hits newsstands October 21.
Axiom was one of only 55 organizations to earn the "Great Place to Work" title. The management consulting firm was chosen from more than 225 candidates because of its corporate culture, collegial staff, interesting work, pay and benefits, employee retention, and employee development.
Axiom's Chief Financial Officer Kevin Riley stated, "Washingtonian magazine's 'Great Place to Work' designation is known and respected throughout the DC area. I am overjoyed that Axiom has been selected to join Washington's pantheon of terrific places to work." He added that "this recognition is a good reflection of Axiom's priorities-take great care of our clients, our fellow Axiom employees, and our neighbors in the community."
"I was impressed with the quality and depth of the evaluation process," said A. Douglas Peardon, Axiom's Chief Operating Officer. "The survey process was extremely thorough; Axiom people were interviewed, and we even had an on-site visit from Sherri Dalphonse, Senior Editor of Washingtonian," he said. "I believe that the spirit and energy of Axiom came through, and helped us earn this wonderful recognition."
