We are seeking a SharePoint Administrator to support the Program Executive Office, Defense Healthcare Management Systems (PEO DHMS).

Successful Candidate will:

• Work with clients, stakeholders, and the project manager to identify current operating procedures, including applying expertise in Microsoft SharePoint product capabilities, customization, and development avenues to solve complex problems.

• Configure SharePoint platform for a wide variety of users and perform maintenance of SharePoint platform, servers, and intranet.

• Administer shared storage environments and document libraries.

• Work with approved life cycle methodologies to support SharePoint technology into custom solutions for end users.

• Perform interface modifications to SharePoint utilities and tools and support content migrations, workflow development, solution deployments, and process management.

• Leverage Microsoft SharePoint technologies and resolve technical issues.

• Provide end user training and keep up to date with SharePoint developments.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 2+ years of experience is required

• Keen knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server and Office 365

• Experience with SharePoint customization, including custom branding and navigation, configuring and administering searches, and configuring site collections

• Experience with Power Apps/Power BI is desired but not required

In this position, the Esri Developer will work with the development team and the client to identify GIS requirements, along with available capabilities and data to effectively present GIS information in a new, custom software application. The Esri Developer will be responsible for identifying methods to extract and present GIS data and present new approaches and options to meet user needs. The Esri Developer will work with client staff to maintain their organization's geographic data by importing and processing data from other sources. 

Position Requirements Include:

• At least 2 years working with Esri integrations, analyzing current business processes and recommending best-practice solutions

• Possesses geocoding and linear referencing skills that involve data compilation and editing to build significant portions of their GIS datasets. 

• Experience using data automation and applying tools and techniques that help ensure data integrity during editing. 

• Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving GIS application problems 

• Planning and designing analytic procedures and methodologies 

• Identifying and defining appropriate applications of the system and associated GIS products 

• Communicating with internal and external technical resources to resolve issues and providing guidance to users on methods for correcting reported problems

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in an organization with established processes (CMMI, ISO, Agile), including established configuration management practices.

• Experience planning and communicating specific work tasks for database creation and management, application development, and ongoing maintenance

• Experience creating and editing feature geometry and attributes and solve common data alignment issues 

• Experience digitizing and editing geographic features to maintain spatial relationships using topology

• Develops logical and physical data flow models for ETL applications.

• Translates data access, transformation, and movement requirements into functional requirements and mapping designs.

• Experience creating data warehouses. 

• Experience testing and troubleshooting database performance.

• Experience extracting data from Oracle databases.

• Experience with source control solutions (Subversion, Git, Mercurial, TFS)

• ETL tools experience, such as SSIS

• Dimensional modeling experience

• Experience participating in all phases of the SDLC, from requirements validation, through development, testing, and deployment.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in an organization with established processes (CMMI, ISO, Agile), including established configuration management practices.

• Experience writing and implementing unit tests.

• OLAP, SSAS and MDX experience

• .NET development experience

• Advise senior DHMS leaders on legislative strategies and tactics to promote DHMS and its mission to Congress

• Manage external and internal communications and correspondence control for the program’s legislative affairs activities

• Track legislation and other Congressional activities affecting the program and support coordination, planning, and execution of all Congressional engagements

• Work cross-functionally to reduce response time to all congressional inquiries

• Prepare senior DHMS leaders for Congressional hearings and meetings by drafting testimony, analyzing the positions, issues and concerns of Members of Congress and developing proposed responses to questions, requests for information and questions for the record
