Successful Candidate will:
• Create, manage, improve, and share knowledge management project artifacts, records, and best practices to ensure that internal staff and stakeholders have all the knowledge and resources available to support the mission.
• For the internal customer base, leverage the DHMSM platform tools (SharePoint, JKO, and MilSuite) to ensure that essential knowledge transfer and information is provided to all necessary support staff.
• For the external customer base, leverage ServiceNow to navigate the governance process of ensuring that knowledge management artifacts are provided appropriately.
• Configure knowledge workflows within ServiceNow to manage the knowledge base and play a critical role in the improvement of the knowledge management processes.
• Identify areas where a knowledge management resource would create efficiencies and develop those artifacts for use while ensuring that appropriate governance process are followed.
• Edit newly submitted and existing knowledge base content for quality and effectiveness.
• Actively manage feedback and curation of published information and support the development and management of documentation and other knowledge resources.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent use of terminology across knowledge resources.
• Support strategic planning activities for efficient task and resource allocation for knowledge management team.
• Create, analyze, and report on metrics to measure the usage, adoption, and success of knowledge resources.

• Acts as Deputy to the Senior Conference Manager on the conference team.
• Plan and execute all aspects of multiple annual conference with more than 2000 attendees, 100 exhibitors, and numerous concurrent educational tracks.
• Manage budget, venue selection, conference agenda, attendee registration, website and mobile application.
• Oversee development of registration websites to include building registration and reporting structure.
• Manage internal attendee approvals and substitutions; coordinate vendor and exhibitor registration and substitutions.
• Manage call for proposals and facilitate working groups to develop agenda; maintain agenda of more than 50 breakout sessions and up to ten general/keynote sessions; adjusting as needed.
• Generate, review, and distill reports tracking attendees, registration status, hotel block, and any ad hoc reports as needed.
• Draft approval packages providing justification for conferences and external speaking engagements to include, travel costs, event agendas, and talking points as needed in accordance with DoD policies.
• Proofread and quality control/quality assurance for a wide range of documents and collateral, including DoD memos (including website content and presentation PowerPoint decks).
• Possess strong skills in Project management, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat.

Axiom Resource Management is currently seeking a Social Media Analyst to support the Program Executive Office Defense Healthcare Management Systems (PEO DHMS) project team. Preferred candidate will have experience managing social media campaigns for large organizations or health promotion offices.
Successful candidate will:
• Use LinkedIn and Facebook and will outline the interactions with other DOD social media sites of interest to the military medical community.
• Actively monitor and post to the PEO DHMS LinkedIn and Facebook accounts in accordance with PEO DHMS strategic imperatives.
• Develop social media content calendar and oversee timeliness and accuracy of deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and leadership to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of content for all materials produced.
• Work closely with graphics designers to develop social media graphics.
• Maintain records including processes, requirements, calendars and forms for day-today campaign management as well as audit readiness.
• Collect weekly/quarterly metrics and identify trends; interpret data and information to translate into actionable data-backed recommendations that show understanding of the organization’s goals and target audience and potential opportunities.

• Provide recommendations based on these studies to the Government to optimize program/project performance.
Qualifications Include:
• Bachelor’s degree in public affairs, media relations, journalism, or related field and a minimum of 3 years experience supporting federal and/or military social media initiatives.
• Strong news writing and editing skills. Deadline- and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully multi-task, prioritize and problem solve to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
