We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support a DoD Healthcare Management Program.

Successful candidate will:

• Assist the department with various projects.

• Support multiple principals across Program Offices and Functional Areas: prepare for meetings, provide Defense Travel System support, coordinate with internal and external agency stakeholders, and prepare materials, calendar management, filing, research, writing, customer service, and other general administrative tasks.

• Facilitate and coordinate all Program Management Office or Functional Areas with managing distribution lists and actions to update DHMS’ SharePoint based tool(s). 

• Perform office management support and other administrative duties as needed.

• Coordinate and process onsite meetings using the Space Reservation Application and ensuring attendees are notified of required compliancy.

• Mandatory requirement - provide onsite support (location: Rosslyn, VA) for meetings and rotational front office coverage manning front desk enforcing security guidelines and escort visitors from lobby to designated meeting area for principal-led meetings

• Take on other duties as assigned

Qualifications include:

• 4+ years proven senior Executive Assistant and office management experience 

• Proven knowledge using Defense Travel System (DTS)

• Organized and able to prioritize/accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Proficiency using Microsoft Suite

• Ability to work independently with limited oversight and guidance

We are seeking a Facilities and Logistics (FAL) Specialist for the Defense Healthcare Management System in Rosslyn, VA. 

Successful Candidate will:

• Include working within the agency and coordinating with external agencies and vendors to plan and execute large scale logistics efforts and provide comprehensive logistics oversight 

• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and program offices to provide logistics support for events, projects, and meetings

• Develop and maintain space and personnel floorplans, design blueprints, and facilities drawings

• Provide audio/video equipment support to onsite staff

Axiom Resource Management is seeking an Information Systems Analyst to support the TRICARE Health Plan of the Defense Health Agency (THP DHA) in Aurora, CO.  

Successful Candidate will:

  • Compare existing data, systems structure, and costs with Change Order data.
  • Review technical changes to proposals in terms of labor costs, impact, and suitability and provide reports to the Managed Care Contracting Division upon request.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the DHA Duplicate Claims System (DCS) responsible for answering questions from end users, administer training, troubleshooting support, generating routine and ad hoc reports, and developing functional requirements.
  • Support contractual and legislative requirements regarding health care claims.
  • Leverage prior IT project experience to validate requirements for system changes and/or enhancements supporting claims adjudication and healthcare delivery.
  • Identify operational impacts for areas or responsibility brought by organizational transformations and managed care contract transitions.
  • Coordinate with various entities within the agency to solicit input and provide expertise on behalf of THP.
  • Create new and revise existing policy documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements Include:

  • Must be able to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and various estimating techniques for labor costs.
  • Experience with proposal analysis, technical and functional systems requirements analysis, and IT project team leadership.
  • Broad knowledge of computer, networking, and software costs.
  • Ability to create ROI outcomes and communicate with multi-level government officials and contractor personnel.
  • PMP and programming, contract negotiation, and management experience are highly desirable.
  • Prior TRICARE or healthcare industry experience a plus.
  • Bachelors in IT systems or business desired as well.

• At least 5 years of software development experience

• At least 2 years of experience developing .NET solutions, including expertise with C#, Visual Studio, and Dotnet Core

• Experience with JavaScript. Experience with ReactJS and NextJS.

• Experience with Linux-based OSes and containerization such as Docker.

• Experience with source control solutions (Subversion or Git)

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

• Experience participating in all phases of the SDLC, from requirements validation, through development, testing, and deployment

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in an organization with established processes (CMMI, ISO, Agile), including established configuration management practices.

• Understanding of CSS concepts, and frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.)

• Experience writing and implementing unit tests

• Understanding of Section 508 guidelines, and experience implementing them in web-based solutions

Candidate must be able to work in a collaborative, team environment as well as independently. Must be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills, and able to follow directions. Must have the ability to write and understand code specifications.
